Die deutsche Künstlerin Isabelle Dutoit wurde 1975 in Groß-Gerau geboren und wuchs in Darmstadt auf. Sie studierte zunächst Visuelle Kommunikation an der Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach und anschließend Malerei und Grafik an der Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig bei Arno Rink.
Ihre künstlerische Arbeit ist geprägt von einer vielschichtigen, oft figurativen Bildsprache, die zwischen Realität und Imagination oszilliert. In ihren Werken verbindet sie Malerei, Zeichnung und grafische Elemente zu teils collageartigen Kompositionen, in denen erzählerische und atmosphärische Aspekte eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
Sie ist international in zahlreichen Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen vertreten, unter anderem in Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig sowie in Städten in Europa und den USA.
The German artist Isabelle Dutoit was born in 1975 in Groß-Gerau and grew up in Darmstadt. She first studied Visual Communication at the University of Applied Sciences in Offenbach and then Painting and Graphic Arts at the Leipzig Academy of Fine Arts under Arno Rink.
Her artistic work is characterized by a multilayered, often figurative visual language that oscillates between reality and imagination. In her works, she combines painting, drawing, and graphic elements into partly collage-like compositions, in which narrative and atmospheric aspects play a central role.
She has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions internationally, including in Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig, as well as in various cities across Europe and the United States.
